Family Satisfaction Survey
Please fill out this survey at least once per session to let us know how we are doing and to suggest ways in which we can continue to improve.

These surveys must be completed by families and learners by March 30th, June 30th, Sept 30th, & Dec 30th.

Learner Feedback Form
At the end of each session, learners will fill this form out during the week of Exhibition.

Eagles provide feedback at the end of each session to help Guides grow on their Hero’s Journey.
